The Scanmail 10K letter bomb detector is a compact, affordable letter bomb detector that fits on almost any desk. The Scanmail 10K detects metal objects in (suspicious) mail. The Scanmail does not react to office supplies such as paperclips and staples. More than 10,000 Scanmail letter scanners are already in use at government buildings, police stations, prisons, and corporate mailrooms. Suitable for objects with a maximum size of 6 x 40 cm.
